Dear Friends, I want to wish you and your loved ones a Merry Christmas.
The holiday season reminds us of the good things we have here in Arizona — strong families, safe communities, and a shared commitment to preserving what makes our state unique.
In a world that often feels uncertain, Arizona continues to stand out as a place of stability, opportunity, and hope.

I’m pleased to announce that the 2025 Arizona House of Representatives has released the full 2025 Majority Report
It is a complete account of what we delivered this year, what we stopped, and what lies ahead for 2026. You can view the full report here (CLICK ON THE IMAGE BELOW):
As you read through it, you’ll see that not every victory required a new law. Sometimes the best success is preventing harmful policies from ever seeing the light of day. That’s the strength of conservative leadership — defending freedom, protecting communities, and preserving opportunity.

Defensive Wins: Holding the Line Against the Left
Not every win was a bill passed — some were bad ideas stopped cold. This year, House Republicans stood firm to defend Arizonans’ values, safety, and economic future:
- We preserved Arizona’s long-standing rent-control ban, protecting housing supply and avoiding devastating rent-control policies like those seen on the coasts.
- We blocked radical anti-law enforcement bills that would have undermined qualified immunity and slashed critical police funding, ensuring law enforcement can continue protecting our communities.
- We prevented taxpayer-funded abortions through public health programs, standing up for life and responsible use of taxpayer dollars.
- We rejected anti-parent education bills and upheld parental consent protections in our schools — defending the rights of parents to guide their children’s education.
- We blocked proposed statewide mandates for ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) policies in state agencies, safeguarding government neutrality and protecting taxpayers.
- We safeguarded the State Housing Trust Fund from progressive raids, preserving crucial resources for down-payment assistance and community development.
- We protected farmers, ranchers, and rural communities from proposed natural-resource seizure bills — defending private property rights and preserving Arizona’s heritage.
These stand-alone victories reflect our resolve: to defend hard-earned freedoms and block irresponsible legislation so families, businesses, and communities can thrive.

Looking Ahead: What’s Next in 2026
As we move into the second session of the 57th Legislature, this report will guide our priorities. We intend to continue:
- Protecting housing affordability and property rights,
- Sustaining law-and-order and supporting first responders,
- Upholding parental rights and individual freedoms,
- Promoting fiscal responsibility and steering clear of wasteful or ideological mandates, and
- Defending rural Arizona — from farms and ranches to critical infrastructure and water resources.
The 2025 Majority Report is more than a report card. It’s a commitment to the people of Arizona that we will keep fighting for freedom, prosperity, and common-sense governance in 2026 and beyond. I encourage you to read the full report — and to stay engaged. Your voice matters as we shape the future of our state.

It has come to my attention that several subscribers aren’t receiving my emails because we switch email provider and sending email address.
To help with this, would you mind allow-listing or safe-listing my sending email in your account? That way your email provider will know you’d like to receive my email directly to your primary inbox!
Each email box provider has different steps that subscribers need to follow in order to "allow emails." I suggest that you look up the process for their specific email provider. There can be different terms used as well such as "add to contacts, add as a safe sender, add to safe list" or simply copy and paste my email address and add it to your contacts.
