Tomorrow Is Election Day. Make Your Voice Heard!

Dear Friends,

Tomorrow, July 21, is Arizona's Primary Election Day.

Whether you've already voted early or plan to cast your ballot tomorrow, thank you for participating in one of our most important responsibilities as citizens. Our voter turnout has been extra low this time around and I am hoping that things will change tomorrow: the BIG day.

This may not be a Presidential Election, but every election matters, and every vote helps shape the future of our state. This time around, I am capitalizing on keeping the majority in the Legislature.

While my race is not contested in the primary, many legislative races across Arizona are. The candidates chosen tomorrow will be on the ballot in November, and the outcome of those races will help determine the direction of the Arizona Legislature for the next two years.

DON'T STAY HOME IF YOU HAVEN'T VOTED YET!

Every Legislative Seat Matters

As you well know, Arizona's Legislature has the power to shape important policies that impact every family, every business, and every community in our state. I can't emphasize this enough.

When lawmakers work together, we can pass balanced state budgets, keep taxes low for you, support public safety and law enforcement, strengthen educational opportunities, invest in much-needed infrastructure, and create an environment where businesses can grow and families can thrive.

The decisions made tomorrow will help determine who has the opportunity to continue that work.

PLEASE: If you haven't voted yet, I encourage you to make a plan today and cast your ballot tomorrow. Your voice deserves to be heard.

Looking Beyond the Primary

Tomorrow is an important milestone, but don't bury the lede: it is only one step toward November.

In the months ahead, Arizona voters will also elect a Governor who will work alongside the Legislature. Regardless of who holds that office, a productive relationship between the executive and legislative branches is essential.

It's imperative moving legislation through the process and turning good ideas into law. Arizona works best when elected leaders can work together to address the state's challenges and opportunities.

The work of building a stronger Arizona doesn't end on Election Day. It continues with every bill debated, every budget negotiated, and every decision made on behalf of the people we serve.

Dear LD25 Friends, Over the past several years, but especially these past few months, I've had the privilege of working alongside our Republican Leadership and majority to deliver real results for Arizona. Every bill we pass represents countless hours of conversations, committee hearings, negotiations, and collaboration. While there is always more work to do, I'm proud of what we've accomplished together and look forward to being re-elected by you this November so we can continue this good...

Dear LD25 and statewide friends, Arizona's Primary Election is now behind us, and I want to begin by thanking everyone who took the time to vote. Our voter turnout wasn't as high as we had hoped, but we are grateful to those who participated in this very important civic duty. It will be important to make a big push for a Get Out the Vote effort this November. The stakes couldn't be higher. I appreciate every single one of you who voted for me in the Primary. Whether you volunteered, knocked...

Dear Friend, Many people have asked me, "If you're not in a contested primary this year, do I still need to vote?" My answer is simple: Absolutely. Because while I do not have a Republican primary opponent, the July 21 Primary Election will determine much more than my race. It will determine the Republican nominees who will compete this November for control of the Arizona Legislature. As Majority Leader, I have seen firsthand what a Republican majority can accomplish. Together, we've passed...
