Here's what we've accomplished, why I'm running again, and where we're headed.

Dear LD25 Friends,

When I first asked for the opportunity to represent Legislative District 25 in 2022, I made a simple promise: I would work hard every day to make Arizona an even better place to live, work, raise a family, and build a business.

None of this has changed and I am proud of the steps that we have taken together in the right direction. Four years later, I can honestly say that promise has guided every vote I've cast, every bill I've sponsored, and every decision I've made.

Serving as your Majority Leader in the Arizona House of Representatives has given me the privilege of working alongside an outstanding Republican majority that shares one goal: keeping Arizona the best state in America.

There is one thing that I live by every single day: I don't give up, and I will never give up on Arizona or the idea of moving it forward.

Delivering Conservative Results

Over the past two terms, we've worked tirelessly to make Arizona an even better place for families, workers, students, businesses, veterans, and parents.

Together, we've passed fiscally responsible budgets that prioritize taxpayers while continuing to invest in public safety, transportation, and essential infrastructure.

We've delivered meaningful tax relief, defended parental rights, supported law enforcement, protected school choice, strengthened Arizona's economy, and fought every day to keep government accountable to the people.

I was also proud to sponsor legislation preparing Arizona for the next generation of reliable energy production. By streamlining the development of advanced energy technologies, we're helping ensure Arizona has the reliable power and infrastructure necessary to support economic growth, attract new businesses, and create quality jobs for future generations.

These aren't simply legislative victories. They are long-term investments in Arizona's future.

Building a Stronger Arizona

Arizona continues to lead the nation because we refuse to stand still.

This legislative session, we continued building on Arizona's strong foundation by investing in transportation improvements (1), advancing next-generation energy solutions (2), making strategic investments in water infrastructure (3), and passing a fiscally responsible budget that keeps Arizona one of the nation's top destinations for businesses, job creators (4), and families.

ANOTHER BIG WIN

🇺🇸 One accomplishment that is especially meaningful to me was sponsoring House Bill 2792, which provides a full property tax exemption on the primary residence of veterans with a 100% service-connected disability.

The legislation also allows eligible surviving spouses to continue receiving that benefit. These brave men and women sacrificed so much for our country, and helping them remain in their homes is one small way Arizona can honor their service.

We also delivered a balanced budget that provides meaningful tax relief, protects school choice, strengthens public safety, and makes targeted investments in Arizona's future without growing government beyond its means.

While many states continue raising taxes, increasing regulations, and expanding government, Arizona continues proving that conservative leadership produces balanced budgets, economic opportunity, and policies that improve the lives of everyday citizens.

There is still much more to accomplish, but I truly believe Arizona's brightest days are still ahead.

Trusted Leadership

I'm incredibly honored to have earned the support of organizations representing a wide range of Arizona's business, healthcare, and community leaders.

Recent endorsements from the Arizona Chamber of Commerce & Industry and the Arizona Nurses Association Political Action Committee reflect a shared commitment to economic growth, responsible leadership, strong communities, and practical solutions.

These endorsements reinforce what I've always believed: good public policy should improve the lives of every Arizonan, regardless of where they live or what they do for a living.

Looking Ahead

I am grateful that I do not have a Republican primary opponent in this July 21st Primary Election. However, the campaign is far from over.

This November, I will face a Democrat in the general election. Voters will have a clear choice between two very different visions for Arizona's future.

I believe we should continue building on the progress we've made together: lower taxes, safer communities, educational freedom, responsible budgeting, economic opportunity, reliable infrastructure, and government that serves the people rather than special interests.

HELP KEEP ARIZONA STATE HOUSE RED

There is still important work ahead in the 2027-2028 legislative session, and I would be honored to continue serving you in the Arizona House of Representatives.

My achievements and ongoing efforts underscore my dedication to enhancing the quality of life for all Arizonans, especially those in Legislative District 25.

Thank you for your trust, your encouragement, and your support over the past four years. It has been the privilege of a lifetime to represent Legislative District 25, and I look forward to continuing to work every day to keep Arizona moving forward.

Sincerely,

Michael Carbone

Dear LD25 Friends, Last week brought very good news for Arizona families. The Protect Education Act , also known as Proposition 212, will NOT appear on Arizona’s November ballot. For months, we have warned about the threat this initiative posed to Arizona’s Empowerment Scholarship Account program and the families who depend on it. Now, after an important Arizona Supreme Court ruling and the final review of petition signatures, the initiative failed to meet the number of valid signatures...

Dear LD25 Friends, As summer moves along and we look toward November, I've been thinking about something that can get lost in the day-to-day headlines: how much we've actually accomplished together. When our Republican majority began this legislative term, we laid out priorities centered on making Arizona safer, more affordable, more accountable, and better prepared for the future. We've had victories, we've had some hard-fought battles, and yes... we've had plenty of vetoes. But through it...

Dear LD25 Friends, One of the greatest privileges of serving as your Representative is seeing good policy make a real difference in people's lives. Without a doubt, every legislative session presents new challenges. But it also presents opportunities to improve Arizona for the families, veterans, workers, and businesses that call our state home. Over the past several months, I'm proud to say we've made meaningful progress, and none of it would have been possible without a Republican majority...
